History
Reese Chocolate Peanut butter was made in the U.S. in the 1920s when the company has introduced HB Reese Candy a peanut butter are specially treated chocolate filling Hershey's. The peanut butter cups were the first to be produced, a popular product that has become a well known and beloved confectionery enjoyed by people around the world.
Reese's name has a unique heritage. Harry Burnett Reese was born in 1879 on a farm in Frosty Hill, Pennsylvania. He was a former dairy employee of Milton S. Working Hershey, founder of Hershey's Food Corporation. Inspired by the success of Hershey's, HB Reese left the milk started his own confectionery company.
Although HB Reese decision led to the introduction of a product which is already famous being unique in the confectionery industry has been very adversity before building a business that has thrived in a single product – a mixture of butter peanuts.
Chronology
HB Reese was born in 1879 in Frosty Hill. HB Reese was not very fond of agriculture as a young man, despite his family heritage. In his youth, took a variety of jobs countries including a butcher and sale of oil burners before moving to the city of Hershey 1917.
He began working in the dairy property Milton S. Hershey. Here Reese was inspired in large Hershey's confectionery and decided to enter the market itself.
After a short period time he left the dairy industry, the passage in Hummelstown and Palmyra, where he began a series of new enterprises. He has had some success with Johnny Bars and Lizzie, but finally returned to Hershey, who live a few blocks from Hershey's factory.
Reese sold his peanut butter cups in bulk to sale in mid-1920, the trade in five pound boxes for use in assorted boxes of chocolate. In the mid-1930s, Reese Cups have been sold individually for a penny to the range of the line.
During World War II conditions Reese asked to remove the lines of other cup peanut butter financed by advertising on consumption.
Throughout the 1940s and 1950s, Reese has distributed their wholesale lines of peanut butter chocolate vending machine operators and unionized stores. Meanwhile, peanut butter cups gained popularity in the United States has supported in part by its orange color very recognizable and yellow packaging.
Reese success in the post-war meant they need a lot more manufacturing facility by mid-1950. Reese has acquired a parcel of land on the western edge of Hershey and built a state of the art fully automated 100,000 square meters of manufacturing plants. The plant, located on Chocolate Avenue in Hershey, Pennsylvania, opened its doors in August 1957.
Six years later, in 1963, the Hershey Chocolate Company formerly known as Hershey Food Company, purchased from his neighbor, HB Reese Candy Company for 23.5 million.
Hershey Peanut butter Reese chocolate distributed in the UK by D & D UK Ltd. Snacks won the distribution contract for the importation and sale 2004 Reese Peanut Butter Cups and Reese Nutrageous bars in all major trades and retail.
Reese's Pieces was introduced in the United Kingdom in 2008. The product quickly became a favorite of consumers and Reese's Cups, Nutrageous and parts are a fan of more and more consumers base in the United Kingdom.

Keith also spent 13 months working within the Image and Printing Group at Hewlett Packard in Bracknell. Throughout his time there, he was responsible for many activities including events organisation and website design and maintenance.
