Recipe for white chocolate cake

This is a very dense, moist and delicious white chocolate cake – one of my favorites and perfect for Chocolate Week!

Ingredients

For the cake:
310g flour
5 g baking soda
2 g baking powder
3g salt
170g chopped white chocolate
Hot 120ml
225g soft butter
Sugar 300g wheels
3 eggs
Box of 235 ml of butter

Frosting:
200 g white chocolate, chopped
20g flour
Box of 235 ml of milk
225g butter, softened
200g sugar
5 ml vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to Mark 4 350F/175C/Gas.
2. Grease two 9inch round pans.
3. In a bowl sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4. In a small saucepan, combine white chocolate and hot water over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and cool to room environment.
5. In a bowl, combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
6. Add the eggs one by one, beating well.
7. Stir the flour mixture and buttermilk alternately.
8. Mix the melted chocolate.
9. Turn batter into molds and bake oven for about 30 minutes.
10. Use a fork to see if the cake is cooked, comes out clean, you are ready, if you have some dough in it, cook a little longer.
11. Once cooked and cool clubs on a rack.
12. For glaze, in a saucepan, add the chocolate, flour and milk and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy. Cool completely.
13. In a bowl, combine butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
14. Mix in white chocolate mixture and beat until thick and creamy.
15. Spread between two layers of cake and the top and sides of cake.
