The Vosges chocolate / chile truffles has green mold growing between them. Why only the w / chili?
I received a box of Vosges (Luxury and exotic) chocolate truffles, truffles and chile were in them had green mold growing between them. Why is only w / Chili?
The enemy of the ganache is humidity. What happened was probably something in the ingredients have a smidge of mold spores and moisture allowed to grow. Vosges is a great company should write to them and explain what happened, you should be able to give you credit or something to get new batteries.
